In 1898 William Nash, at the age of 14, joined Humber Motor Company as an Apprentice Coach Builder. He left the company as their Head Coach Builder in 1911 to start his own business in Southampton, initially as a Private Tour Operator to wealthy American visitors. The business soon diversified into the sale and purchase of exotic cars. The business grew and was carried on by Frank and in turn by Peter Nash. Peter now runs the business with his two sons, Simon and Mark.
